Current Opportunities
Part-time Wall Climbers
Experienced indoor Wall Climbers needed to lead and instruct visitors on our climbing attractions, oversee VR/AR areas, and ensure safety protocols.
Join our team to lead and instruct visitors on our "Conquer your Fears" and "Urban Climbs" attractions. Responsibilities include overseeing virtual reality and augmented reality areas, demonstrating proper equipment use, creating an enjoyable and interactive environment, and ensuring safety.
Seasonal Visitor Engagement Team Staff
Join our Visitor Engagement team! Greet visitors, handle interactions, facilitate science and sport content, and create an enjoyable, safe atmosphere.
As part of our Visitor Experience Team, you will deliver the best experience by responding to queries, advising, educating, and creating genuine engagement. Responsibilities include greeting/orienting visitors and groups, guiding/facilitating experiences, increasing awareness of attractions, being knowledgeable about the centre, generating excitement, and monitoring equipment.
