We are thrilled to share the wonderful experience of hosting the Research Ireland-supported research centres EPE (Education and Public Engagement) Managers Network Meeting here at Explorium, the national sport and science centre. It was a day filled with insightful discussions and a shared passion for driving forward public engagement with Irish research.

A Day of Collaboration and Inspiration

From the moment our guests arrived, the atmosphere was charged with enthusiasm and curiosity. The EPE managers, who work tirelessly to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and public engagement, brought with them a wealth of knowledge and experience. Their visit was not only a fantastic opportunity for us at Explorium to showcase our interactive exhibits and innovative learning spaces but also a chance to exchange ideas on how best to connect Irish research with society.
